I'm a little confused about when to use "me" and when to use "you"

Livi, this is my favorite video!! I listen to it everyday many, many times, just so I can listen to you say my name. And you know what? I like it spelled anyway you want to spell it!! Can hardly wait to see you again. We made sugar cookies today at school and as I was adding the sprinkles I thought of you. Maybe you and Grammy can make some when you get here.
